HOLISTIC COOKING CLASS
Time: 3 - 4 hours with lunch or dinner.
Cost: £80 (+ £10 per extra person)

A cookery class o ering tools and tips to help towards physical and emotional wellbeing through foods that are nutritionally, and energetically, balanced. This includes lots of vegetables and grains, vegetable protein, limited animal foods, and an emphasis on eating seasonal organic produce. It is healthy, high bre, and low fat, without compromising taste.
DIETARY CONSULTATION
Cost: £35 / Time: 1 hour
A consultation to explore your current diet and look at ways to change this diet to better suit you and your needs.
MACROBIOTIC CONSULTATION
Cost: £45 / Time: 11⁄2 - 2 hours
Counselling on a deep level for physical, emotional and spiritual healing. Advice is given for diet, lifestyle and emotional wellbeing. This is a space for you to explore yourself on all levels
and understand how to take steps towards a more healthy and happy life.

A Macrobiotic consultation can help us to understand subtle imbalances within our
body. A consultation is given and then
followed by a cookery class that works with the recommendations from the consultation. This
is a great package to improve your personal health and wellbeing.
Healing Food Workshop

Be inspired to look after your health with this holistic approach to nutrition, cooking and eating, with an exploration into yourself, food and energy. Suzy teaches tools to help towards physical and emotional wellbeing through foods that are nutritionally, and energetically, balanced. Based on nutritional guidelines, and Oriental philosophy, learnt through the study of Macrobiotics, this approach includes lots of vegetables, wholesome proteins and grains, limited animal foods, and an emphasis on eating seasonal local organic produce. This is a journey to wellbeing, vitality and optimum health that can be enjoyable and sustainable for ourselves, and our Earth. The workshop will involve theory and practical classes, lunch, and an evening meal that we will cook together.

5 Seasons Cookery Course
A set of seasonal cookery days, of which you can join one or all, that span the seasons. The aim is to bring awareness to what nature is providing, and to her energy at each time of year, so we can work with this to support our own bodies. Each day will include working with wild and organically grown seasonal foods, and the 5 elements energy system, to gain tips and tools of nature’s wisdom, and practical kitchen skills for your own holistic well-being.
